About Michael

 

Michael's real estate career began in early 1987 with the Century 21 system.  Eighteen months later he moved to new home sales with Lewis Homes of California.

In early 1992, Michael was chosen to help develop the Lewis Homes "Home Buyers Club".  He provided prospective buyers with credit and budget counseling as well as down payment assistance programs.  The club enabled several hundred people to purchase homes that otherwise would have been out of reach.  The Home Buyers Club was the first of its kind and became the model for other builders and lenders to emulate throughout the country.  While at Lewis, Michael also managed the marketing of close out and buy-back properties as the designated Realtor for the greater LA area.

In 1995, Michael took on a new challenge and created a company called Homebuyers Connection.  Homebuyers Connection was formed to bring together the benefits of the Home Buyers Club and the complexities of general real estate.  Again, Michael was able to provide the counseling for as long as it took to qualify a buyer and then act as his client's Realtor in a successful home purchase.

2003 brought change and new opportunities once again.  Michael and his wife Bonnie left Rancho Cucamonga for Redlands.  The move was primarily a desire to be closer to their daughter's families and grandchildren.  Additionally, the city of Redlands is small, steeped in history, and very unique for this part of the country.

As a real estate professional with experience in resale as well as the new homes, Michael has the ability and insight to be successful in today's complex real estate market.
