Financing

Financing is generally where I list those lenders that I trust and know well.  Unfortunately, many of the institutions I have relied on for many years are no longer in business or have been bought out by others.  Until the dust settles over the financial markets, I would recommend Wells Fargo or Bank of America.  The Mortgage 101 link below is an excellent source for average interest rates as well as other topics.
